Singer Raf, through a post on Instagram published by his wife, reassured fans about the pharyngeal operation: “I’m fine, I’ll also improve my singing”

Fresh from pharyngeal surgery, Raf wanted to reassure his fans about the positive outcome of the operation, but he also wanted to explain the reasons why he had to undergo this surgery.
This is his story, recorded in a video by his wife Gabriella:
“Everything is fine, just an operation that I needed to do a long time ago to improve my singing performance too.”
He then concluded by reassuring everyone about his health conditions:
“I had a small problem with my pharynx and larynx. The sedation hasn’t worn off yet, but it’s an advanced and minimally invasive technology, everything’s fine.”
The love story with Gabriella Labate
Raf, 64, and his wife Gabriella Labate, 59, are undoubtedly one of the most solid and united couples in the entertainment world.
She, an established showgirl and leading lady of Bagaglino, and the singer-songwriter got married in 1996 and had two children, White And Samuel. It was love at first sight, as Raf said during an interview with Evening Courier:
“I started rehearsing alone on stage in front of the empty chairs. Suddenly she comes and sits down. She stares at me. I drop my cigarette. I drop my score. In the past, Labate said she faced a serious health problem: a very rare pathology discovered by chance. It was a large mass both in the uterus and on the right ovary, which had to be removed immediately.

“My first thought was for Raffele and my family, my boys, because they had already come out with me from a trauma I had recently. They saved my life by a miracle”.
