Lexus has been working the highly competitive European car market for thirty-five years, but Toyota’s luxury offshoot has never got beyond the role of a niche provider in this country. With the LBX, Lexus is making another attempt to increase its rather homeopathic sales figures. The new entry-level model is a crossover specially developed for Europe and the urban environment. In keeping with the brand’s typical style, the smallest Lexus built to date is also a full hybrid.
