Juarez City.- The body of a man was found tied up by his hands and feet on a dirt road behind the Colinas Cemetery.
Neighbors in the area made the discovery on Solidaridad and René Mascareñas streets and reported it to the 911 emergency number.
The body, tied at the extremities and with a black plastic bag over the head, was abandoned in the middle of the street.
This is the first murder of Tuesday and the 11th intentional homicide of this month.
