General requirements
Age: Between 17 and 64 years old.
Official Identification: Present a National Electoral Institute credential with an address in the State of Nuevo León. If you are a minor, you may present an identification card issued by the Municipal Authority.
CURP: Unique Population Registry Code.
Residency: Be a resident of the state of Nuevo León.
Proof of Address: A document no more than three months old (if the official identification has this information updated and current, it can be considered valid).
Marital Status: Single, separated, widowed or divorced.
Divorce certificate.
Death certificate (in case of widowhood, if the certificates do not contain the name of the spouse, the marriage certificate must be presented).
The female heads of household Separated or single women must state their marital status in writing provided by the Secretariat, and sign under oath that the information is true, in addition to submitting to subsequent verifications.
