Nintendo has announced the new game that will be added to the catalog of titles for the service Nintendo Switch Onlinewhich can be downloaded for free by subscribers and which takes up an old classic from the Pokémon series belonging to the Game Boy Advance catalog, that is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
The game will be added on August 9th to the catalog of titles freely downloadable by Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, within the section dedicated to Game Boy Advance games, and it is a reproduction of the original playable via emulation.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team is a very particular title, one of the few that allows us to directly play a Pokémon, which represents a rather unique premise even in the series in question.
Becoming a Pokémon
To announce the arrival in the service catalog, Nintendo has published the trailer of the game, visible below.
The story takes us to a new world, in the shoes of a Pokemon that can talk and interact with other Pokemon and finds itself on a rescue mission in a world devastated by natural disasters.
However, like a true Mystery Dungeon, this chapter also hides hidden elements to be discovered, such as the true purpose of the protagonist and the fate that awaits him.
A unique feature of the game is the initial presence of a personality quiz, the results of which determine which Pokemon we will find ourselves playing among the various options available, including Pikachu, Eevee, Charmander, Totodile and Chikorita, just to name a few. From there you choose your partner Pokemon before being transported into a world full of Pokemon to befriend and dungeons to explore.
