Juarez City.- Agents of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Attention to Women Victims of Crime for Reasons of Gender and the Family in the Northern Zone, arrested Edwin Gabriel GM, who was charged with the crime of rape, committed against a 20-year-old woman, in Ciudad Juárez.
At the hearing, the Public Prosecutor of the Specialized Unit for Investigations Against Freedom and Sexual Security and Normal Psychosexual Development informed him that he was responsible for events that occurred on July 27, inside a business located in the Lucio Blanco neighborhood.
The arrest took place in the Toribio Ortega neighborhood, where the court order was served. The linking or not to the process will take place on August 5, where his legal situation will be defined, while he was placed under the precautionary measure of preventive detention.
