Ciudad Juárez— It is raining lightly in almost all areas of the city and for this reason the General Coordination of Road Safety (CGSV) has deployed its officers to be present at each intersection with high traffic flow, to guide traffic and avoid accidents.
The corporation’s chief operating officer, Victor Daniel Mejia, reported that there have been no accidents due to the wet pavement, but he asked motorists to be careful when driving this morning.
He recommended avoiding speeding, keeping distance between vehicles to avoid rear-end collisions, not using cell phones while driving, among other things.
For its part, municipal Civil Protection personnel asked people to report any risk situations for citizens, although no services have been provided due to the rain that has been recorded since the early hours of this Monday.
