LAMP: Damián Mora is the First Signing of Cañeros de Los Mochis in 2024

Club Cañeros de Los Mochis registered young infielder Damián Mora as the first of its three First Signature 2024 players.

Damián Mora López was born on January 14, 2003 in Los Mochis Sinaloa. His journey in baseball began when he entered the Teodoro Higuera League at the age of 7.

In 2018 he was signed by the Algodoneros de Unión Laguna of the Mexican Baseball League. and in 2021 he wore said flannel in the Mexican Winter League, and in 2023 he won the championship in the Tabasco League with the same colors.

This 2024 he had to put on the Los Mochis Gasolineros uniform in the Chevron League Clemente Grijalva Cota.

Upon being informed that he would be taken over by the greens, the boy expressed his gratitude. and enthusiasm for achieving a goal he has had since he was a child.

“It is a dream come true because it is the team that I have grown up watching since I was little and it is a team that inspired me to work to one day be part of this organization Well, it’s something very sentimental because I remember that when I started playing I said that one day I would like to be in this club and I thank the organization very much for taking me into account.”
