He Canadian Grand Prix has come to an end with a fight from start to finish where George Russell could not maintain the lead and gave it up to Lando Norris and then to Max Verstappen who was in the end was the winner and added his 60th victory in Formula 1.
Max Verstappen started the race in second position and was waiting for the right moment to take the lead. His toughest fight was against Lando Norris, whom he followed for a long time and who later took advantage of his entry into the pits to be the leader and not let go of her again.

McLaren entered alongside Red Bull with Lando Norris in second position and George Russell of Mercedes who, although they did not have great control of the race, managed to stay at the top and add gold points in the fight for the Drivers’ World Championship.
Those who were left behind were Ferrari who lost their drivers, the problems on the track with the rain complicated more than one, including Checo Pérez who was out of the competition only on lap 53 after a collision against the retaining wall after losing control of the RB20. His rear wing was destroyed and therefore he could not continue.
Lewis Hamilton was another who had a great race and was on the verge of returning to a podium, but in the final laps he was overtaken by Russell who took third place. In total there were 5 drivers who did not finish the race: Carlos Sainz, Alex Albon, Sergio Pérez, Charles Leclerc and Logan Sargeant.
With the victory, Max Verstappen calmly leads the Drivers’ World Championship, further down there were some changes where Norris is already approaching second place after his race, Checo Pérez, for his part, is moving further and further away from the top positions.
