The Cozy Game Pals team and publisher Blumhouse Games have announced Fear the Spotlight, a new horror game coming to PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch still without a release date, but with a first trailer which promises excellent things.
Fear the Spotlight seems to be a classic style survival horror, with the search feature precisely there Typical 32-bit graphicsthat is, that first 3D that was still very simple and rather uncertain, which at this point has become a stylistic element rather sought after by indie developers.
In this case, the atmosphere is also very refined and seems to play on the contrast between an apparently calm situation that contrasts with supernatural events capable of getting the protagonist into trouble.
A horror in the style of PS1 games
In this case, what appears to be a little girl seems to turn into something much more serious.
The protagonist tries, with a friend from school, to carry out a sort of seanceand what comes out is something far beyond their control.
Or at least so it seems: what is certain is that the protagonist finds herself having to try to save herself from looming threatswhile the friend seems to have a certain role in the whole case that emerges from their contact with the metaphysical entities that end up invading the school.
So let’s see the presentation trailer for Fear the Spotlight published for the Day of the Devs event, while we await information on the release date of the game, which is still not defined.
