“Tadawi” launches a voluntary initiative for doctors to treat patients for free

The “Tadawi” health group in Dubai launched a voluntary initiative for doctors and nursing staff to participate in treating incapable patients for free.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Group, Marwan Haji Nasser, said that the Group is continuing its humanitarian initiative, “Heal with Mercy, You Heal,” which it launched during the last month of Ramadan, to provide the service of examining indigent patients and providing treatment to them for free, on Friday of every week, noting that the initiative Every week it receives hundreds of patients of different nationalities to receive treatment.

He added that the group decided to continue its initiative throughout the year to receive patients on Fridays weekly at the “Tadawi” health center in the Deira area of ​​​​Dubai.

Nasser pointed out that the group called on doctors and nursing staff from citizens and residents licensed in the country to volunteer in the initiative to receive the largest possible number of patients who are unable to bear the cost of medical examination and obtain medicine, pointing out that the volunteer doctors in the initiative will examine patients on Friday in partnership with the staff. Medical in “Tadawi”.

He stated that the group receives medical personnel wishing to volunteer at its headquarters in Dubai, in preparation for joining the charitable initiative.

Nasser said that the initiative is the first of its kind at the state level to provide free treatment to uninsured patients, and it was launched by the “Tadawi” health care group based on its societal role, and in response to the nation’s kindness, which exalts the values ​​of giving, goodness, and humanity among all segments of society.

The “Tadawi” health group, in cooperation with the Beit Al Khair Society and Noor Dubai Radio, launched the “Tadawi” radio program during the month of Ramadan, to treat 200 insolvent patients. The program provided treatment for more than 50 patients at a cost amounting to two million dirhams.

The medical staff at the “Tadawi” Center receives patients, conducts the necessary medical examinations for them in all medical specialties, and provides them with medication, especially cases of chronic diseases, and gives priority to critical cases.
