A violent armed attack left a balance of two dead and three injured in Tehuitzingo, Puebladuring the early hours of Wednesday, June 5.
The events occurred on La Paz Street, in the First Section of the municipality of Mixteca Poblana, where Armed men broke into a home and shot against the occupants while they continued resting in their beds.
The attack, described as direct, was recorded around two and three in the morning when a group of men with short and long weapons violently entered the home, opening fire on the members of the family who were inside.
According to information from local media, the fatalities are two men, while two women are among the seriously injured.
After hearing the detonations, local residents alerted the emergency corporations. Elements of the Municipal and State Police, as well as pre-hospital care services, traveled to the site, confirming the death of two men due to gunshot wounds.
The injured people were rushed to the General Hospital of Acatlán de Osorio.
Puebla Prosecutor’s Office investigates attack on family
The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of Puebla is already carrying out the pertinent procedures through the General Coordination Specialized in the Investigation of Intentional Homicides.
Criminalistics experts and ministerial agents have collected evidence at the crime scene and proceeded to remove the bodies, which were transferred to the regional amphitheater.
