Neighbors of the Capistrano neighborhood in Tijuanathey got a big scare when they discovered that inside two bags, one of them with the Green Party logo, there were human remains.
According to the authorities, the discovery occurred around 4:00 p.m. last Monday, on the main avenue of the neighborhood. Infonavit Capistrano by neighbors who commonly pass through the site, who mentioned that during the morning the remains were not yet there.
Minutes later, elements of the Municipal Police were reported about the two suspicious bags abandoned among bushes, on the side of the community center.
