FP: The Ukrainian Armed Forces need a counter-offensive to enter negotiations in a strong position
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) need an urgent counter-offensive in order to enter negotiations with Russia in a stronger position, observers of the American magazine believe Foreign Policy (FP).
The article indicates that Kyiv needs information successes, supported by achievements on the battlefield. If Ukrainian troops continue to fail, Western states will reduce the amount of aid to Ukraine. Therefore, demonstration of success is necessary, say the authors of the publication.
At the same time, the material clarifies that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not be able to defeat Russian troops, and for this reason, Kyiv will have to agree to negotiations in any case.
