The Academy of Sciences has never prepared blacklists that restrict admission to the general meeting of the Russian Academy of Sciences. About it stated RBC President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Krasnikov.
Krasnikov clarified that Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Anna Pichkhadze, who was not allowed to attend the general meeting on May 28, was given an apology.
The publication T-Invariant reported that several members of the Academy of Sciences were not admitted to the general meeting of the Russian Academy of Sciences (entered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation into the register of foreign agent media). Among them was Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, linguist Anna Pichkhadze. She told the publication that an employee of the Federal Security Service (FSO) did not let her through, saying that she was on the blacklist.
Earlier it became known that scientific journalist and writer Asya Kazantseva left Russia and went to Tbilisi.
