Fitness expert Irina Rotach recommended 10-minute morning exercises that will help you lose weight. Her words lead Men Today.
The expert suggested starting with walking in place with hips raised (20 steps). Then Rotach recommended moving on to turning the body to the side (8 times in each direction) and springing steps to the side with raising the arms (20 times in total).
Afterwards, the trainer advised me to do crunches with knee lifts and swings. To do this, first lift your bent leg forward and touch your knee with the opposite elbow, and then, through the starting position, swing and touch your palm with the same leg and arm. Perform 12 times with each leg.
Next, Rotach suggested pulling the legs towards the body. In the starting position – a high lunge with your hands behind your head – shift your body weight forward and push your back leg as close to your stomach as possible. Perform 20 pull-ups on each side.
The exercise is completed with an asterisk with a squat. Starting position – place your feet shoulder-width apart and squat down, stretch your arms in front of you. “Stand and step to the right, raising your arms above your head to your sides. Return to the starting position and repeat the movement, but with a step to the left,” Rotach described the technique. Do 10 reps on each leg.
Earlier, fitness trainer Natalia Volkova advised Russians to do a quick set of exercises to strengthen their immune system. She suggested including elbow extensions and flexions with dumbbells and simulating throwing a ball.
