Super Earth Command has issued a new Major Order of Helldivers 2and the objective is very clear: to destroy the Terminid Supercolony of Meridia, even at the cost of transforming the planet into a black hole.
“We must seize this opportunity to destroy the Terminid Supercolony. Helldivers across the planet will deploy a limited supply of exotic matter known as Dark Fluid and insert it into critical points in the planet’s crust,” reads the order labeled “Enduring Peace.”
“Once the critical mass has been reached, the planet will collapse into a black hole, destroying the threat to Freedom once and for all”, but condemning Meridia to a dramatic oblivion. Are you ready to do this too?
For the greater good
The problem with completing this Major Order lies in the use of an alien superweapon that Helldivers 2 players already know, and which could have some rather serious contraindicationsleading for example to the reappearance of certain enemy factions.
Specifically, some users fear that using this tool could lead to return of the Illuminati, creatures seen in the first episode of Helldivers but have been declared extinct. What will happen?
The only way to find out will be to get to the end of this new mission, focusing on the great enthusiasm of the Helldivers 2 players, and then possibly deal with the result of our actions.
