The FESC officers approached to talk to the driver about an administrative offense that he had committed moments before being intervened, and at that moment they realized that in the cabin of the vehicle there was a rectangular-shaped package, which was wrapped in tan ribbon and with a legend written in black marker.
This object was a cause for suspicion, so both people were required to get out of the vehicle, confirming that it was a white powder with the characteristics of the synthetic substance known as fentanylwith an approximate weight of 1029.1 grams.
