In addition to the heat, the interaction of a dry line over Coahuila with a stationary front on the northeast border could trigger heavy rains and possible whirlwinds or tornadoes in Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas.
The population must remain constantly alert, since intense rains can cause flooding, landslides and flooding, increasing the level of rivers and streams.
