Dragon Age Dreadwolf appears available for preload through the official Xbox Appwhich may suggest the possibility of news coming to the game, perhaps with an announcement or presentation in the next days.
By activating the downloadXbox actually downloads a data package, but this obviously does not contain actual game files, considering that it involves a very small quantity of elements: it is therefore not a real actual preload, but rather something preparatory.
However, this could lead us to think of news arriving in the next few days, perhaps through an official presentation which could kick off the booking campaign, as has also happened in other previous cases.
The release seems confirmed in 2024
It’s not new to allow a sort of preload”placeholder” of a game still far from being released on the Xbox Store, and this seems to be a case completely similar to the previous ones.
This often happens with Microsoft’s first party games, but these preparatory packages have also been made available in other cases.
Searching for Dragon Age Dreadwolf on the Xbox app, the button for the advance download on the console actually appears on the game page, which is done by the Xbox Series .
This is not executable, so it is probably just a way to “reserve space” highlighted on the console, as if to prepare the public for what will then be the actual launch of the game.
However, its activation is interesting because it could signal some announcement coming for Dragon Age Dreadwolf, about which practically nothing is known for sure yet, nor has anything concrete been seen of the actual game.
It is possible that one presentation of Dragon Age Dreadwolf is arriving in the next few days, perhaps even within the Microsoft conference scheduled for June 9th with the Xbox Games Showcase, so we are awaiting any developments on the issue.
On the other hand, recent leaks would also confirm the release in 2024, so some information will have to arrive, sooner or later.
