Nine years have passed since The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt debuted in stores, but CD Projekt RED’s RPG is still widely played by many players. The wait for the next game in the series and the remake of the first chapter still seems quite distant, but in the meantime we can at least feast our eyes on Ilona Bugaeva’s Triss Merigold cosplay.
Triss Merigold is a powerful sorceress introduced in Andrzej Sapkowski’s original novels. She becomes a more central figure in the original plot of the trilogy of games made by CD Projekt RED, as well as one of Geralt’s possible love interests, depending on the choices made by the player.
A cosplay full of charm
As we can see in the shot below, Ilona Bugaeva’s cosplay is based on the video game version of the character due to her bright red hair, whereas in the novels it is brown. In this case the sorceress wears a long elegant green dress adorned with beads that highlights her gaze and long red gloves.
