Girl is sucked into a pool pipe and dies in Sonora

An afternoon of fun turned into tragedy when a 8-year-old girl dies after being sucked into a pool pipe in a recreational country club located in a rural area of ​​Hermosillo, Sonora.

The incident was reported to the 911 emergency number around 9:40 a.m. this Friday. In the call they requested the presence of firefighters and paramedics at the “Las Pilas” Country Club in Ejido Molina de Comou to help the minor.

It turned out that a pipe that connects the pool with a dry well sucked the girl, whose lungs filled with water due to this action.

The paramedics and firefighters who arrived at the scene did everything possible to revive her, but every attempt was fruitless and she lost her life.

The site in question was guarded by elements of the capital Police, while the Forensic Medical Service personnel were present to lift the body and carry out the pertinent instructions.
