Today we talk about development and crisis. Economic, health and social crises that do not allow people to have services or in any case not respect certain quality standards. The clinical engineer has a key role because he knows scientific technology, he must know the procurement system, he must know the markets, how to interact with socio-economic operators and move even in difficult environments”. Umberto Vitale declared this as medical advisor for the United Nations agency Unops in Copenhagen (Denmark) speaking at the National Clinical Engineering Conference (Aiic) underway in Rome.
