They report alleged attack by bullets from the National Guard on PRI candidates in Jalisco

At least 6 members of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), among them, 2 candidates for councilors in the Villa Purificación municipality, Jalisco, They were allegedly attacked with a firearm by elements of the National Guard (GN), as reported by the President of the State Steering Committee of the tricolor party, Antonio Padilla.

This was announced through a statement on the X (Twitter) account ‘@santopadilla’, where it was specified that Honeida Alvarado Ramírez and Perla Rosario Gómez Ramírez were traveling in the unit supposedly shot by GN, among others.
