Below you will find the first official trailer for Sonic Rumble, which offers us a small taste of the dynamics of this battle royale, and a gallery of images.
What is Sonic Rumble?
As we can see from the video and according to the official details shared by Sega, Sonic Rumble is a battle royale in which 32 players compete using Sonic, Knuckles, Shadow and other famous characters in various challenges that take place within a toy world created by the evil Dr. Eggman, with levels that are very reminiscent of the classic games of the series.
To triumph, players will have to prove they are the fastest and collect more gold rings than their opponents. The rings won can also be used to customize the characters.
Sonic Rumble is the first game created in collaboration by Rovio, acquired by Sega last year, thanks to which the Japanese company aims to expand the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise within the mobile gaming ecosystem, taking advantage of the experience gained by the authors of Angry Birds.
