The journalist, in fact, opted for a connection from home as he is perpetually attached to a respirator due to his bad illness. A few years ago Di Mare discovered that he was suffering from a very aggressive tumor known in medicine as mesothelioma.

The man declared that he discovered the disease some time ago and that he understood how it could have taken his life if not caught in time. Unfortunately, this is a serious problem that tends to get worse over time. It probably derives from the exposure that man may have breathed during his missions.

Is mesothelioma linked to the journalist's business trips?

Franco Di Mare he then talked about how lately he has to continually resort to the use of respirator while until recently he only used it at night. When he received the diagnosis of aggressive mesothelioma, he felt his world collapse around him. Everything got worse when he felt a strong pain in his intercostal area.

At that moment the man went in hospital and found out how his right lung had suddenly collapsed. Until that moment the cancer was relegated to the area of pleura but, following its rupture, it began to spread to other parts of the shot.

Many wonder if all this was caused even in the slightest part by the exposure that the journalist had regarding travel conducted for work. Suffice it to say that during the war in the Balkans man was often exposed to materials such as asbestos el'uranium impoverished.

Di Mare is therefore experiencing a very bad moment which leads him to stay at home perpetually as he doesn't have the strength to do anything, not even walk.
