Rare diseases, the white paper dedicated to female patients and caregivers presented to the Senate

The first white paper dedicated to women, whether patients or caregivers, who have to live with a rare disease on a daily basis, a protagonist in the Senate of the Republic. The presentation of the volume 'Women and rare diseases: impact on life and expectations for the future' took place at Palazzo Giustiniani on the occasion of the final event of the 'Women in Rare – the centrality of women in rare diseases' campaign, conceived and promoted by Alexion – AstraZeneca rare disease, together with Uniamo, with the participation of Fondazione Onda, Ets, EngageMinds Hub and Altems of the Catholic University.
