—You fell in love in Viña del Mar with your incredible voice and now you are surprising us in 'El gran shef: celebrities'. What is the challenge that you are experiencing right now in the culinary world?
—The truth is that something I have been working on for a long time personally is facing the fear of the unknown.. Cooking has always been like a longing and I would like, at some point, to have that talent to cook, because I have a lot of respect for the kitchen, I love to eat, but when it comes to cooking, yes, we are half-finished there. There isn't much danger, but when I received the invitation I was honestly surprised, and I was totally honest that I don't know how to cook.
—How has that experience been of living together with artists like Flavia Laos, Giovanna Valcárcel, Emilram Cossío, Zelma Gálvez and other public figures?
—It has been very nice, honestly, I'll be honest. I was a little afraid because, of course, they already have a long history in television, and I'm relatively new. Maybe in singing competitions, but now it's living together. So, I saw myself as a very beautiful reality where at no time did I feel distant from them, on the contrary, they all received me with a lot of affection, with a lot of love, a lot of respect as well.
—In one of the chapters you felt frustrated by not being able to present your dish on the elimination date. How did you recover from that difficult moment?
—Yes, well, I am aware that I still need to be a good cook, but nevertheless, I have that fighting and competitive spirit, because I care. If I get like this it's because I really care and I want to do my best. So, there were about 10 minutes there almost at the end that I was blocked, because it's one thing to see it on TV and another thing to live it. The tension that is experienced is real. The situations are real. So, I blocked myself for a moment and there is also the mental game. I fought until the end, I presented my dish, I tried to do my best because besides, it's not like I know and know a great variety of foods.
—Lita, with your preparation for upcoming concerts, your 'Luchadora Tour', how do you manage to record in 'El gran chef'?
—The truth is that I am asking myself the same question, I don't know how I am doing it, but I think it is the desire that motivates me to keep going, because at the end of the day it is a job that I like to do, and I like it. learn, so I try to organize my times, yes, it's true, sometimes I get tired, because I just get caught up with my project for my show, but I think we have to be grateful for the work, also grateful for the moment we are in, to Let this be a moment of investment for the future. But I am from sentence to sentence.
—Maybe you win the contest 'The Great Chef: Celebrities'
—Who knows? God, oh no, I wish. It would be nice, if not the Seagull was the Pot.

—After living a great experience in Viña del Mar, now more calmly, what were the lessons that this great experience left you in this great festival?
—Always see the positive when it comes to an experience. For me it was a great exhibition, I appreciate it very much because I believe that one thing leads to another. You always have to be grateful. The most beautiful thing in life is to be grateful, learn from mistakes, always try to be better every day, with humility and continue working, a contest does not define us, on the contrary, it gives us more drive to continue fighting for our dreams.
—Your career in music began with imitation in programs like 'Yo soy kids' and now you are betting on your own voice. How has this whole process been and what do you expect from yourself for the future?
—Well, I hope to continue working on what I like to do, what I really want to do from the heart. Learn from the great teachers who, thank God, are accompanying me, like teacher José Abraham, who is also the composer of the songs ('Luchadora'), and teacher Eva Ayllón. Every time I call them, they help me. Through her (Lita's) experience she longs to continue this path that she (Eva) knows perfectly well is not easy. .
—On April 27, she will be at Quinta Vergara again, but this time as the opening act for the Mexican group Sin Banderas. How do you feel?
—I didn't think it would be so soon, especially at Quinta Vergara. In the fifth scenario, I will return. It's very exciting. I really thank the person, the people who have been part of the meeting. I don't know what they thought of me being able to be there. It's very exciting and it's one more step towards that. To that internationalization that I have been looking for for a long time. So I will always give my best. I'm preparing everything. I'm excited.
—In Chile you also have followers who have supported you a lot. Above all because of the adverse and for many unfair result in Viña del Mar.
Sometimes you don't believe it, honestly. I don't think they call me Lita on the street. Because before when she went out like that with glasses and just like that, it was like everything was normal. But now we have to be well produced now. Because we can't walk in flip flops anymore.
—Tell us about your family, how do they feel now that you achieved success in your career after participating in Viña del Mar?
—Well, the vast majority are already coming to me (His family moved from Iquitos to Lima). Thank God, having them by my side is happening to me. It has still been a long process, a hard process. Leaving my house at 15 years old to look for an opportunity and just seeing it, let's say, reflected, not in its entirety, but a great advance. Because family is a great support too. So, during those years I have worked a lot with my father, for a good future for me, for my brothers, for the family we are in charge of. It is also very
nice that from my work, from art, from the gift that God has given me here, I can help and be with those I love most.

—What do you miss most about Iquitos?
All the food, my people, the friends who are still around. Simply the fact of being in my land is magic. Something very nice happens. I reconnect with my roots, with my culture. So, I recently went to start my tour, recently, which is 'Luchadora' in Iquitos, and the coliseum was almost full. And it was very exciting to return to my homeland, to start in a place of a hundred people, and even less, I would say, like Lita Pezo, and now filling a coliseum has been truly wonderful.
—Have they ever asked you to change the ballads for something more commercial?
—Yes, yes, quite a bit. Change my image, my gender, have surgery, they have told me everything. Look, the truth is that I have learned, thank God, to love myself very much, to accept myself as I am, and I believe that not betraying you is the most important thing.. If it doesn't work, then it didn't work. But you did it, you didn't stay with that one, and if it had happened, yes. So, thank God I also have people by my side who, of course, at the beginning I started with my father. But as I grew up and was, let's say, dreaming about this project. That's why people who today are my work team have also joined, who are also there to reinforce me, to help me, to guide me, and to always act as if they are my grounding cable: “Who are you?” “Remember how you started, remember what you are.” “Don't betray yourself, don't change your essence, don't change because of popular pressure, pressure from other people who don't know you.” It is important to have those people by my side and that I thank them. Well, I accept, thank you, but at the end of the day it is my decision.
—Eva Ayllón was a support as a coach during your presentation in Viña del Mar. Do you plan to ever collaborate with her?
—I would love to, I think that teacher Eva is a great reference for all emerging artists here, from other parts of the world as well, because she also has a very moving story, quite inspiring as well, which is the most beautiful thing, when you You connect with an artist, not only as an artist, but as a person, it makes you admire them much more. So, Having her by my side is quite big for me, I take it with a lot of respect, the admiration that is always there, and I would love. I'm going to propose to you, because we have done duets in live concerts, but we still don't have material, let's say, a product, I would love to.
—What projects do you have in your musical career?
I am very excited because I am doing my tour, which is 'Luchadora', I will be on the 4th in Arequipa, and on the 5th in Tacna, I will be in Trujillo as well, and I will close this tour on May 31 in the Park of the Exhibition, which, let's say, is the biggest show I am doing so far, after the theaters, Plaza Norte, Canú, which are on social networks. But this is a little bigger (Exhibition Park), so I'm excited and nervous too, because it's a pretty big place, which is also difficult to fill, at least for the level I'm still at. I sincerely hope you can go, because we are preparing, that is, everything, it takes years and dreams, but it is difficult, but not impossible, so I hope that the public will accompany me, because I believe that it will be the path, the beginning of very beautiful, I hope, in my career, and at the same time also my album, which I am going to complete with my unreleased songs, so that the public knows more about me, because so far I have two unreleased songs, and I hope to complete them this year and release them.
