The Attorney General's Office of the State of Sonora (FGJES) managed to capture José Alfredo “N”, who is accused of being presumed guilty of the intoxication of a minor under 2 years of age with methamphetamine. During the arrest, narcotics were also seized.

After his arrest, The subject was placed at the disposal of the corresponding judicial authority, in order to initiate criminal proceedings against him where this social representation made accusations of drug dealing and corruption of minors, then the Judge imposed preventive detention justified as a precautionary measure, subject to subsequently determining the legal situation of the accused.
