“We are doing everything possible to make the festival happen. It was actually supposed to start at noon. Everything is being done, all efforts are in it,” Aguero assured. “The festival is not cancelled. We are in coordination and working hand in hand with the Prosecutor's Office in favor of our case, since there are several irregular processes not complied with by the Municipality of Lima,” he added.
