The players of Helldivers 2 they have completed in less than 24 hours the last Main Order given by Super Earth to the community of eliminate as many as 2 billion Terminides. The objective had a time limit of 6 days, so it was achieved well before the expectations of Arrowhead Games Studio, which aimed to keep players busy over the weekend with a bit of healthy democratic disinfestation.
Accordingly, now the players I'm on “leave” for the weekendthat is, there is currently no new Main Order to follow, which means that they are free to decide to face Automaton or Terminidi on any planet and in any way they prefer.
An objective completed very quickly… perhaps even too quickly. Is it due to a bug?
Eliminating 2 billion Terminids in less than 24 hours is in all respects a remarkable feat, even for a very active community like that of Helldivers 2. So much so that some players suspect that the game's internal kill counter is not working properly due to of a bugs.
Particularly in one thread on Reddit one user claims to have been keeping track of the total Terminid kill counter since the game's release and that of the Main Order, noticing how the latter was increasing three times faster than normal. This would explain how it was possible for the community to complete this objective in practically less than a sixth of the time allowed by the developers. Be that as it may, Super Earth is proud of the Helldivers' efforts, who are we to contradict it?
