A woman who was arrested along with six other people for her alleged responsibility in the homicide of the Cereso custodian from Chihuahua, Nicolás M., could not attend hearing of accusation formulation that was carried out this Thursday under criminal case 1451/2024, because went into labor and is in a hospital.

These seven people were arrested for their probable responsibility in the homicide of Nicolás M., recorded on April 15 between Catedral de Guadalajara and Catedral de Chihuahua streets in the Predio de Cantera neighborhood.
