The decline of Chiara Ferragni, a survey rejects the influencer
Chiara Ferragni's image is in decline after the Balocco pandoro case: this was revealed by a survey by Objective Effe, a female empowerment project of the Milan-Bicocca University.
For the survey, 502 students were interviewed, of which 236 were girls. “I don't particularly respect her, since she based all her fortune on ephemeral aspects of life” is one of the opinions collected.
And again: “For me she is not the best entrepreneur of yesterday, today or tomorrow”, “I think that too much popularity hid a certain falseness”.
Emanuela Rinaldi, professor of Sociology of cultural processes and creator of the project, explains to Corriere della Sera that “in our previous research Chiara Ferragni was one of the few model entrepreneurs mentioned spontaneously by teenagers, together with Miuccia Prada, compared to a long list of male names, from Elon Musk to Mark Zuckerberg and Giorgio Armani. A recognition that fell after the 'Pandoro case', significantly impoverishing the female aspirational universe, which is one of the factors that influence the entrepreneurial attitude among young women”.
