Inauguration with the thrill of the brand new Aquatics Center of Saint-Denis, the venue for the Paris Olympics swimming competitions. In front of the authorities, with President Macron in the front row, a diver in a patriotic costume failed to push off the diving board and comically slipped into the water. Not exactly a good omen for the new pharaonic structure, built from scratch in front of the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, less than 2 km from the Olympic Village
