Aston Martin, waiting to know if Adrian Newey will want to discuss the sensational offer that Lawrence Stroll made to the English “genius” of Red Bull (there is talk of 100 million dollars in four years!), wants to have an aggressive approach to this world championship, with a development strategy very different from that adopted last year, when the first important development package for the AMR23 only arrived at the Canadian GP.

The direct coach, Dan Fallows, has changed strategy this year, trying to bring innovations that will make the “green” grow race after race. The Silverstone team has some important changes in store for the Japanese GP: according to rumours, in fact, at Suzuka we will see a completely new floor and a different bodywork.
The AMR24 has shown good potential, but so far it has not managed to find a good balance between the car destined for the flying lap, with an empty tank, and the one with a full tank for the race. The interventions studied in the wind tunnel should go in the right direction.

Aston Martin is currently fifth in the Constructors' World Championship, just one point behind Mercedes who collected two zeros in Australia and, perhaps, the ambition could be to attack the Star's position on a track like the Japanese one which should be indigestible to W15.
Among the top teams, the Greens should be the first to introduce important innovations on the single-seater, anticipating developments at a distance: will it be a tactic that will pay off? We'll find out this weekend. The objective is to start scoring important points with both cars, following the wave of the opponents who precede Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll at the top of the rankings.
