Sale of Milan to RedBird: Blue Skye loses the third case against Elliott

The clash continues between Elliott and the former Blue Skye partners over the sale of Milan to RedBird. As reported by Calcio Finanza, “yesterday morning the Civil Court of Milan rejected the third and final dispute initiated by the company of Salvatore Cerchione and Gianluca D'Avanzo against the US fund in Italy, raising three out of three cases lost by BlueSkye in our countrywith an order to pay legal costs”

“More generally, Blue Skye – which was Elliott's partner with 4.27% of Project RedBlackthe company that controlled 100% of Rossoneri Sport Investment, and which in turn controlled Milan – to date he has not been successful in any of the cases initiated in Luxembourg which have reached conclusion. Overall, there are 11 disputes initiated in recent months by Blue Skye between Luxembourg, Italy and the USA”, writes CF.
