The insider Dusk Golem, known above all for games made in Capcom, is back in charge revealing some interesting details about Monster Hunter Wildsincluding the potential exit period, which according to its sources is set at first quarter of 2025and that could prove to be the case “by far” the company's biggest game until now.
Those rumors were floated on Discord, where Dusk Golem added that Monster Hunter Wilds will have a completely open world structure, from the main story to the endgame. A detail that some players have actually taken for granted since the first official trailer presented last December, but never actually confirmed by Capcom.
But it didn't end here. The “deep throat” also declared that work on the game began in 2019, therefore the same year as the launch of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and that the development is led once again by Yuya Tokuda, the director of World, to whom it seems that Capcom has given “full creative freedom”..
This apparently gave the team the opportunity to make a game even more experimental and risky of Monster Hunter World and Rise, but that for the moment the internal feedback has been “stellar”. It also seems that the team has revived some of the ideas discarded for World and there will be the return of an elderly dragon central to the events of the New World.
Monster Hunter Wilds will bring back Zorah Magdaros according to Dusk Golem
