505 Games and the Rabbit & Bear Studios team have released a new “pre-launch” traileras it is defined by the developers, for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroesthe new JRPG that aims to revive the memory of Suikoden taking up several characteristic elements.
As happened in the historic Konami series, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, as the title itself says, it is possible to recruit an enormous amount of characters, each with its own background and specific characteristics, to use them in combat.
In the video we see something of the gameplay, story and mechanics of the game, which was created by Yoshitaka Murayama, author of the original Suikoden, who recently passed away prematurely.
Also in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes we can get to recruit Over 100 playable characters and deploy up to 6 of them simultaneously in battle, thanks to a dynamic combat system that allows you to manage a fairly large party.
An epic story
There history of the game takes us to Allraan, a territory made up of different nations each characterized by specific cultures and different histories which has led, over time, to the outbreak of wars to the formation of alliances due to frequent clashes between humans, beast-men and elves.
In the end, the Galdean Empire managed to dominate the other nations, thanks also to the discovery of a technology capable of amplifying the power of the “rune-lenses”, the magical artifacts on which the balance of forces within Allraan.
With this advantage, the Empire has launched an expedition to find another mysterious artifact that could further expand its power. Precisely within this situation, the young imperial officer Seign Kesling and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet and become friends, starting the story of the game.
In the meantime, we have seen that the closed beta of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes has an official date.
