As is often the case with Studio Wildcard, there has been a change in the release schedule for Ark: Survival Ascendedin this case with the postponement of the new The Center mapwhich should have been released shortly and instead was postponed to a date yet to be specified, but on the other hand there is a new dinosaur coming.
As explained by the developers in the new update on the status of work, The Center map has not yet reached quality levels requested by the team, who therefore decided to continue the work for a while longer, extending the development times on the new content.
On the other hand, February 28th will arrive Gigantoraptora new dinosaur that will be available for free to all players of Ark: Survival Ascended, a beast of considerable size that will enrich the already large bestiary of the game in question.
A very interesting map
Ark: Survival Ascended is the Unreal Engine 5 remake of the original Ark: Survival Evolved, which presents a complete reworking of the game with the same structure and much of the content but all redone within the new graphics engine.
This obviously entails a notable evolution in technical terms, with the game thus appearing more advanced on the graphics front, in particular. Within all this, The Center is expected to be a very interesting element.
It is a large map born as content created by users, remade in this new version and characterized by different biomes capable of significantly varying the setting and action within it. At this point, we are waiting to know when this will be made available.
