Under this context, temperatures in many parts of the Mexican national territory can become unbearable, which is why, in the summer season, the Mexican federal government authorizes the implementation of a special subsidy on the electricity bill issued by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) in some states of the country, which must meet some requirements to make the discount valid.

Now, it was during this week when the President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that he has already signed an agreement for the subsidy of electricity for the benefit of the inhabitants of 4 states of the country.

In his morning conference from the National Palace, the Mexican federal president explained that the agreement for the discount on the electricity bill of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) aims to ensure that said management does not have to be carried out year after year. , as has been done for a long time.

In this sense, according to what was mentioned by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, The agreement for the subsidy on the CFE electricity bill benefits the following states:

*Nayarit

*Sinaloa

*Sound

“A subsidy is granted to the federal entities of Baja California, Sonora, Sinaloa and Nayarit to cover the debts derived from the tariff supports specified in the recitals section of this agreement,” the document states.
