Infinity Blade it is a mobile title much appreciated by those who have played it, unfortunately abandoned by the publisher Epic Games due to poor sales, so much so that it disappeared from digital stores. Fortunately, the fans took care of preserving it, creating a Unofficial conversion for PCpublished completely free of charge.
The group of heroes of the day wanted to remain anonymous, but have made the game files available to all in theInternet Archive. Consider that most of the resources used come from Epic Games itself, given that they are the result of a data theft that occurred in 2014, which included the Infinity Blade source code. An unpleasant situation for sure, but one that allowed us to have this conversion.

The PC version of Infinity Blade is very faithful to the originalbut offers an improved lighting system, improved textures and support for higher resolutions.
The only flaw in the conversion, if we want to call it that, is that the controls have been adapted to the keyboard, given that requiring a touch screen to play would have been a major problem. The result is a lower challenge level than the original one. It matters little, given what type of project we are talking about and the benefit of its conservation.
For those who don't know, Infinity Blade was developed by ChAIR Entertainment and was one of Epic Games' first attempts at mobile publishing. The first chapter was a good success, but the following ones not so much, so much so that the series was abandoned and on 12 October 2018 it was removed from digital stores, with the servers being definitively shut down on 4 November 2020.
