Once again injuries hit Real Madrid again. This time Joselu was the last to enter the infirmary. The forward had been suffering from physical discomfort since last weekend's game against Rayo Vallecano and after undergoing the corresponding medical tests the injury was confirmed: a bone edema in the right ankle.
What injury does Joselu have?
Real Madrid has issued a statement on its official channels informing of the injury suffered by the player: “After the tests carried out on our player Joselu by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with bone edema in his right ankle. Pending evolution”.

How long will Joselu be out?
Although the Real Madrid medical statement does not specify the time of absence, the usual thing in these cases is that the player is away from the playing fields for at least two to three weeks, so he will miss the second leg. Champions League round of 16 against Leipzig at the Santiago Bernabéu, and three rounds of the League.
What games will Joselu miss with Real Madrid?
If the three weeks of absence are confirmed, Joselu would miss the LaLiga matches against Sevilla, Valencia and Celta de Vigo, in addition to the match against Leipzig. The player would arrive just in time to play the match against Osasuna on March 16.
If he did not make it to that match, then Joselu's reappearance would be against Athletic Club, after the national team break.
