Massimo Bossetti's lawyers will be able to view but not analyze the findings in the Yara Gambirasio case
Unfortunately, we all remember the terrible affair which years ago involved the young woman Yara Gambirasio. The thirteen-year-old from Brembate Sopra was kidnapped after leaving the gym and only months later, her lifeless body was found in a field. The man accused and convicted of this crime is Massimo Bossetti, bricklayer from Mapello. His lawyers would have filed a request to view ed analyze the finds which led to the arrest of Bossetti for the murder of Yara Gambirasiobut the Court of Cassation defines this request as inadmissible and he rejects her.
The events of 2010
And the November 26, 2010 And Yara she disappears into thin air after leaving the gym in Brembate Sopra, near her home. The search began immediately, but no trace of the thirteen-year-old was lost. The investigations continue until she is found February 26, 2011, of the young woman's body in a field in Chignolo d'Isola. The investigators follow several leads and, only at the end of a long investigative process, the name of Massimo Bossetti is added to the list of suspects. The decisive evidence is represented by the DNA, found both on the body and on the victim's clothing.
The bricklayer from Mapello is arrested on June 16, 2014 and sentenced tolife sentence on October 12th 2018. Over the years, his lawyers have asked several times to be able to analyze the evidence that led to their client's arrest. In fact, according to the lawyers, there would have been an errorhours in DNA analysis and therefore, Bossetti would be innocent.

In November last year, permission was granted for the visualization of the evidence, but denied the possibility of examining it. In fact she was deemed inadmissible by the Cassation the request with which Bossetti's lawyers asked to be allowed analyze the finds of the case of Yara Gambirasio.
