Review accepts appeal, regional deputy Safina is freed

The Court of Review of Palermo accepted therequest for annulment, presented by the PD deputy Dario Safina, who ended up under house arrest on 24 January and then under forced residence in the municipalities of Trapani and Erice, on charges of corruption, bid rigging and revealing official information. “I am very satisfied with the result achieved today – says Safina -. Despite the incident that concerned me, I have never lost faith in justice and the judiciary. I have always been an honest and correct administrator and I will have the opportunity to continue to demonstrate this with facts, today as always, in the days to come.
