A IRS will auction in February a Ferrari car, model F8 Spider 2022, seized at the port of Rio de Janeiro in July 2023. The luxury vehicle costs around R$4.5 million.
The Tax Authority will receive proposals for the car from February 19th, from 9am, to February 21st, until 9pm. The minimum bid will be R$1,191,000.00. The bidding session must take place at 10 am on February 22nd. The auction will be held electronically and will be aimed at legal entities. Here's the complete of the notice (PDF – 457 KB).
With a 720 horsepower engine, the 2022 F8 Spider is capable of going from 0 km/h to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds. The car reaches a maximum speed of 340 km/h.
To participate, the legal entity must have a digital identity on the website gov.br with silver or gold reliability level. You need to enter the Federal Revenue websiteclick on “service channels”, then “e-CAC Portal” (Virtual Taxpayer Service Center) and access the option “Participate in the Federal Revenue electronic auction”.
Afterwards, the interested party must select the notice number 0717600/0001/2024 and click on the “include proposal” option. It is possible to submit only one bid per lot, respecting the established minimum value. There is the possibility of changing or deleting the bid until the end of the period scheduled for receiving proposals.
