Honor Magic V2 makes its debut in Europe challenging high-end competitors, together with the Magic V2 RSR version, developed in collaboration with Porsche Design.
HONOR has officially launched its Magic V2 line on the European market, introducing two distinct models.
Magic V2previously successfully launched in China, now makes its entry into the old continent, challenging competitors such as Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and OnePlus Open.
Characterized by a leather shell aluminum and glassthe phone weighs just 231 grams and is just 9.9 mm thick when folded, making it the lightest and thinnest foldable ever produced by HONOR.
The dynamic design also extends to Magic V2 RSRthe limited version of the device, presented at an event held at the Porsche Experience Center in Leipzig.
This model, developed in collaboration with Porsche Designrepresents a fascinating combination of telephony and super sports cars.
Technical features
HONOR Magic V2 boasts over 210 technological innovations, among which the new zipper in titanium and steel alloy, which gives strength and durability to the opening and closing mechanism.
Certified by SGS, this solution guarantees long-term resistance of up to ten years, with an average of one hundred bends per day.
Materials intended for aviation are used such as titanium alloy which covers the hinge shaft and stands out for its superior strength (150% more than aluminium) and lightness (42% less than stainless steel ).
The device is equipped with a ultra-thin battery Silicon-Carbon-Dual-Battery, with an average thickness of just 2.72 mm, offering a capacity of 5,000 mAh and a 66 W charging system.
The LTPO OLED display it offers a satisfying viewing experience, with a 6.43-inch external screen and a 7.92-inch internal one, both with a variable refresh rate of 120Hz.
The internal display has a 2K resolution that also supports the use of a stylus.
Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2running on Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2 UI, Magic V2 offers features like Dual Tasking Efficiencywhich lets you split the screen vertically for improved multitasking, and Hover functionality to make tasks like video conferencing and music playback more intuitive.

Camera and model “Porsche”
Despite the extraordinary subtlety, HONOR has placed great emphasis on the photography in its most cutting-edge range.
The device boasts a rear camera system consisting of three lenses: a 50MP main (f/1.9), a 50MP ultra-wide angle (f/2.0) and a 20MP telephoto (f/2.4).
The customized sensor, an improved full pixel octa-core for optimized subject detection and focusing.
The front camera, 16MP (f/2.2), completes the photographic capabilities of the device.

The main camera remains 50 MP, as well as the 20 MP ultra-wide angle and telephoto cameras with OIS to ensure high-quality photographic performance.
Externally, Magic V2 RSR features the iconic Porsche designwith an Agate Gray shade.
