Lost Ark continues to be updated in its international version, but it hasn't caught up with the Korean version yet. It will also probably never happen.
Roxanne Sabo, community lead for Lost Ark, spoke to PCGamesN and said that “We are rapidly bridging the content gap between Lost Ark in the West and Korea. As we close this gap, players should expect our version of the game to be a couple of months behind the Korean updates due to localization and implementation of new content.
Which Lost Ark updates take priority?
The patches for the “life quality” are the highest priority for the Losta Ark team, along with updates designed to facilitate progression and help players recover endgame content: some of them are destined to arrive at the same time in both versions.
“That said, since we need to time for localization or UI optimization to add these updates, please understand that we will usually need at least a month or two to prepare these updates for the West,” explains Sabo.
So if you were hoping to keep up with the Koreayou must therefore put your heart at rest.
We also point out that the latest update has made players lose their minds, literally.
