Atari announced the release date official of qomp2, a strange sequel to Pong (and the first qomp) in which the square ball from the original tries to escape from the game. We will be able to play it on February 20, 2024 on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
In qomp2 the player must drive a ball from Pong along very dangerous levels, using just two buttons to change the direction by 45 degrees.
The simple control system does not deceive, because to continue you will have to solve ingenious puzzles and overcome labyrinthine maps, while collecting some collectibles.
In total qomp2 is composed of 30 levels, where new mechanics are gradually introduced. Arcade fans will also be happy to know that there are also bosses to defeat and a themed soundtrack to accompany the action. If desired, there is also a story to follow, deeper than you might imagine (as it was in the first qomp).
