Diego Armando Maradona gets yet another victory in his career, but this time he won't be able to enjoy it because he's dead. A ruling from the Court of Cassationin fact, put an end to an affair that tormented the Argentine champion, the battle with the Italian tax. And it's been going on ever since legal battle which still continues, more than three years after the death of the Argentine footballer. Today the Court of Cassation agrees with Maradona and sends everything back to the regional tax commission, which will have to express its opinion again on the matter. In the event of a definitive negative judgment, any remaining outstanding debt would fall on the shoulders of the heirs. But for the lawyer Angelo Pisani “this sentence is the definitive turning point. Now we will ask for a huge compensation“.
