The electoral round in Confindustria, the entrepreneurs' association that will have to elect Carlo Bonomi's successor at the top of Viale dell'Astronomia, will come into full swing on February 1st. For that date, in fact, according to what Adnkronos has learned, the three 'wise men' will be drawn, i.e. the members of the designation commission called upon to explore the needs and desires of the territories and of the Confindustria system with which to outline an identikit of the new candidate for the presidency of Avenue of Astronomy. The great maneuvers, alliances and agreements, in fact, will begin to take shape then, in that month and a half during which the commission, once the consultation tour has been completed, will develop a shortlist of candidates expressing the majority of the base's will. A result on which the General Council of Confindustria will then be called to vote, which should meet on April 4th to designate the future president of Confindustria who will then be formally appointed by the subsequent private meeting of members.
However, the game has already begun, amid rumors and hypotheses, immediately after the general assembly of 15 September last year and a starting grid of entrepreneurs who could accept the nomination is beginning to emerge.
Among the big data for favorites, the latest rumors, in order of time, credit Edoardo Garrone, president of Erg and Il Sole 24 Ore, as rising. However, the prices of the president of Confindustria Veneto, Enrico Carraro, and those of Antonio Gozzi, president of the Duferco group, also seem to rise. However, the names of a group of current vice presidents of Confindustria, who emerged already in the first hours, would also remain in the field, including Giovanni Brugnoli, Alberto Marenghi, Emanuele Orsini and Maurizio Stirpe.
